Scottish Prison Service Contract Win

After 8 months of competitive bidding, The William Tracey Group have been awarded the Dry Waste & Recycling Contract for The Scottish Prison Service, which covers 17 sites across Scotland. The main objective of the contract is to form a partnership, working with each site on an individual basis, to look at their processes and help them to formulate and implement recycling initiatives.
Dry Waste & Recycling Sales Manager, Joe Scott said,
"Managing The Scottish Prison Service waste contract will present a number of new challenges for The William Tracey Group when considereing the obvious security procedures in place but we are really looking forward to helping Scottish Prisons reduce their environmental impact by decreasing their landfill deposits and increasing recycling figures."
